On September 6, RC Metro Olongapo and Suwon-Susung RC joined hands to bring smiles and joy to the children of the Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) in Lubao, Pampanga.
The RSCC is a safe haven for abandoned, neglected, and surrendered children aged 0-6, providing them with care, love, and a chance for a brighter future. It was a heartwarming day filled with laughter, learning, and hope.
